Retail Orders

For orders from our shop — greeting cards, coasters and posters, oh my!

When will I get my retail order?

Domestic orders from our shop are usually shipped same-day or next-day via USPS mail with tracking. Most orders will arrive within 2-4 business days from placing your order.

If you need your item by a particular deadline, or if you're interested in placing an international order, please contact us before ordering.

Can I change or cancel my retail order?

If your retail order hasn't already been processed, we're happy to adjust or cancel it — but most orders are processed during the same business day, so please reach out ASAP!

What if my retail order arrives damaged?

We package all our items with care! But if an accident happens while your order's on its way to you, we'll happily replace the item as long as you send a photo of the damage within 5 days of receiving the damaged item.

Can I return my retail order?

We accept returns of our Shop items within 30 days, as long as the item is in new condition in its original packaging. You'll only be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Please note there are no returns accepted on custom-printed items.
